PM BLOCK- Parly Pro Practice Today we’re going to do an abbreviated version of the full conference, so that everyone can get re-acquainted with the glories of parliamentary procedure, and can practice caucusing, amending, and merging resolutions. Let’s do this! PM BLOCK- Alliances For each of the resolutions on the docket, line up. Take note of who is where!

PM BLOCK- Speechwriting (aiming for speeches of around 2 minutes) This was, in general, the weakest part of the conference last time around. We have more time to prep these this time, so I will be expecting speeches that are closer to the time limit (if you’re under 1 minutes, that’s a real problem), and that use the research you’ve done and various engagement strategies to make them clear and interesting.
