TPOL Annotations (Due: Tuesday, May 19 by 9:00 am) Please put all annotations on your TPOL Prep Document. You need to do at least FIVE annotations for this text. TPOL Coaching Activity (DUE: Tuesday, May 19 by 9:00 am) Please see the TPOL Prep Document for details on this assignment. This is meant to ensure that you have a solid understanding of the text, and have thought through some of the main themes of the TPOL. TPOL Practice Seminar and Tech Troubleshoot (Due: Wednesday, May 20) Expect this to be a short (15-30 minute) meeting. In this check in, you will meet with your seminar group leader, shake out any technical difficulties, and have a final overview of the TPOL expectations. This is a REQUIRED meeting! Week 7: Choose Writing and Post to Critique Group (Due: Monday, 5/11, NOON) For this week, you need to choose ONE of the pieces of writing you’ve done to be critiqued and to revise. You could choose to revise any of the following:
Once you have decided which piece you would like to revise, post it to the critique group document linked on your Online Seminar Document. Week 7: Critique Writing for your Group (Due: Wednesday, 5/13, 3:30 pm) A strong piece of creative writing always has two components:
In your critiques, you will helping them to strengthen both of these components. You must leave at least three comments on each piece of writing posted to your group (make more if you feel inspired!). The comments should include the following:

Once you have received critique, you should go back to that piece, and revise it to make it more powerful, more clear, more striking. Use the feedback you were given from your critique group, plus any comments you received from me on your original writing. In order to get credit for this week, you need to engage in this process fully- for the final draft, I need to be able to see substantial revision, and for you to be able to articulate what changes you made and why.
